Abstract
This document is the result of the joint work derived from the proyect “Evaluation of urban and architectural conditions and their impact on the hability of mass-built housing complexes in México, Case of Mérida, Yucatán” CONAVI CONACYT 2014-01 236282, and the Master ́s thesis in Architectura with the topic “Qualitative Evaluation of Architectural Urban Habitability in High Density Housing in Condominium in Mérida Yuactán: Case Sustainable San Marcos”.The hypothesis indicates that the architectural urban habitability of housing and the urban space must be understood in its impacto on health, because inadequate housing builtin a massive way and in high density enhances a problema of health. The main findings constribute to demonstrating the hypotesis in qualitative terms supported by the quantitative frequency of the case.The objetive corresponds to the Project and the particular objective to measure the conditions that affect health. The methodology and case study selection is on two conditions: minimun high-density housing and the condominium ownership regime.
